Does the Gospel of Mark(1:1-14) Refute the Trinity and Point to Another Prophet to Come?

Is the Gospel of Mark (1:1-14) indicating to us that there is a Prophet to come after Jesus? The same passages also present arguments which state that Jesus is not God. Is the Prophet to come Muhammed?
