End Times: Will Jesus Kill Muslims? NO but he will end Christianity!

Absurd Christian Eschatological Bible Interjections about Muslims

Sometimes fundamentalist Christians come out with real absurdities:

I've heard Shoebat. He thinks Christians are going to come back with Jesus and kill Muslims as Muslims try to destroy the Jews in Israel. The thing is, though, I can't find it in the Bible where Christians are to descend from the clouds with Jesus and do that. It sounds like possible Muslims DO try to kill the Jews in Israel at Armageddon if you read Jeremiah and Revelation, and, it sounds like Jesus melts them by the brightness of his coming, turning Muslims into Jewish foot-stools [Christian comment directed to a Muslim on YT]

The Truth about Jesus (p) and the End Times

Perhaps the Christian is confusing Muslims for the Dajjal (Antichrist) as a Hadith does mention Jesus is to 'melt' the Antichrist as Jesus is quoted in this Hadith:

Ibn Masud reported that the Prophet (S) said, "On the night of the Isra (night journey), I met my father Abraham, Moses and Jesus, and they discussed the Hour. The matter was referred first to Abraham, then to Moses and both said, 'I have no knowledge of it'.
Then it was referred to Jesus, who said, 'No one knows about its timing except Allah; what my Lord told me was that the Dajjal [antichrist] will appear and when he sees me he will begin to melt like lead. Allah will destroy him when he sees me. the Muslims will fight against the Kafirs, and even the tress and rocks will say "O Muslim, there is a kafir hiding beneath me - some and kill him!". Allah will destroy the kafirs, and people will return to their own lands. Then Gog and Magog will appear from all directions, eating and drinking everything they find. The people will complain to me [Jesus,p], so I will pray to Allah and He will destroy them, so send rain which will was their bodies into the sea. My Lord has told me that when that happens, the hour will be very close, like a pregnant woman whose time is due, but her family do not know exactly when she will deliver'" [Ahmad, Musnad 1/375. Similar Hadith in Ibn Majah, Kitba al Fitan (Hadith 4081), 2/1365, 1366. Sourced from Ibn Kathir's The Signs Before the Day of Judgement, Dar al Taqwa, 200, p75]

Bible supportss the saying of Jesus in the Hadith

Actually, a portion of the Bible is confirmed to be true by the saying of Jesus in the above tradition as Jesus acknowledges that he does not know the Hour and ONLY God knows the time of the Hour:

No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. [NIV - Matthew 24:36]

Note: The word 'Father' was adopted by the Jews to denote God.

Obviously, for the thinking man, Jesus is not God as he does not know the time of the hour. God is All-knowing. Jesus is not All-Knowing, thus Jesus is obviously not God.

In the above Hadith, containing the saying of Jesus, we also note Jesus has a Lord (God) and is to pray to God. This is nothing new to Christians as a saying within the Gospels confirms Jesus does have a Lord and does pray to his Lord (Allah):

Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed... [NIV Matthew 26:39]

Another problem our Christian friends face is that of the New Testament. They have very little alleged content from Jesus. Sadly, they have favoured passion narrative stories (four of them!) and letters from a man named Paul of Tarsus as well as some forged letters which are termed 'pseudopigrapha' amongst other things. Why did they not strive to preserve the sayings of Jesus?

For many, the insufficient and unreliable nature of the New Testament ends Christianity on a personal level however, the end of Christianity per se only comes about when Jesus returns. The irony!

The End of Christianity by the Arrival of a Muslim named Jesus

The irony here is that Jesus' second coming will see the end of Christianity and all other religions apart from Islam. Jesus will follow Islam as a Muslim and he will invite people to Islam:

Abu Hurayrah reported that the Prophet (S) said, "The Prophets are like brothers; they have different mothers but their religion is one. I am the closest of all the people to Jesus son of Mary, because there is no other Prophet between him and myself. He will come again, and when you see him, you will recognize him. He is of medium height and his colouring is reddish white. He will be wearing two garments, and his hair will look wet. He will break the cross, kill the pigs, abolish the Jizyah and call the people to Islam....[Ahamd Musnad2/406. Sourced from Ibn Kathir's The Signs Before the Day of Judgement, Dar al Taqwa, 200, p74]

Jesus calling people to become Muslims is nothing new to people who are familiar with the Gospel of Mark as Jesus in Mark 3:35 is encouraging folk to become his brothers/sisters and mothers by submitting to the will of God - Islam is submission to the Will of God.

Why wait for Jesus to call you to Islam?

You can become a Muslim right now. Waiting for Jesus to call you to Islam is a dangerous tactic as you may die before the End Days.

  1. I’m genuinely curious about something.

In Islam what does the antichrist look like?

The word means against or instead of Christ. What future figure could come on the scene that would be worse in this regard from your prospective than the Christians today?

From the Christian perspective Islam looks an awful lot like the antichrist or at least the false Prophet (Revelation 16:13, 19:20, 20:10). We feel that you put Muhammad in Christ’s rightful place and your religion is against Christ.

But I just don’t understand how given the Muslim world view a future person could be more “antichrist” than the Christians that already existed in Muhammad’s time.

Could someone provide me with a Muslim description of what the antichrist will be like?

I’d also like to know why if Muhammad is God’s final messenger why you expect an antichrist and not an anti-Muhammad?

    Thanks in advance

  2. The Book of 1 and 2 Peter:

"Some modern scholars on the basis of a number of features that they consider incompatible with Petrine authenticity, regard the letter as the work of a later Christian writer. Such features include the cultivated Greek in which it is written, difficult to attribute to a Galilean fisherman, together with its use of the Greek Septuagint translation when citing the Old Testament; the similarity in both thought and expression to the Pauline literature; and the allusions to widespread persecution of Christians, which did not occur until at least the reign of Domitian (A.D. 81-96). In this view the letter would date from the end of the first century or even the beginning of the second, when there is evidence for persecution of Christians in Asia Minor. (The New American Bible, ISBN: 978-0-529-06484-4, Page 1348)"

"Nevertheless, acceptance of 2 Peter into the New Testament canon met with great resistance in the early church. The oldest certain reference to it comes from Origen in the early third century. (The New American Bible, ISBN: 978-0-529-06484-4, Page 1354)"

"Among modern scholars there is wide agreement that 2 Peter is a pseudonymous work, i.e., one written by a later author who attributed it to Peter. (The New American Bible, ISBN: 978-0-529-06484-4, Page 1354)"

  3. John 10:30, I and My Father are One

Why do Christians quote this verse?

    By Sami Zaatari

Often when debates come up with Christians on the divinity of Christ, the passage from chapter ten in the book of John comes up; this passage is verse 30, which basically reads:

30 I and my Father are one

Now I don’t understand why many Christians would quote this verse, specifically Trinitarians, because what does this verse prove? Trinitarians do not believe Jesus is the Father, so why do they quote it? Are they quoting it to try and show that Jesus is equal to the Father? Well that isn’t true, since the Gospel of John shows the opposite, in fact if we quote one verse back we read:

29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

This is verse 29, it comes right before verse 30, and in verse 29 Jesus says the Father is greater than ALL, this obviously includes Jesus since he is not the Father. So therefore how to Christians try and assume that this verse shows equality between Jesus and the Father is beyond me, just a verse before it Jesus says the Father is greater than everyone!

  4. In fact this is not the first time that Jesus says the Father is greater than him, he does it again later:

28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I (John 14:28)

So here we once again have Jesus claiming the Father is greater than him, so how is Jesus equal to the Father when Jesus says the contrary? Now Christians have come up with a way of trying to explain this verse off, they say that Jesus was talking as a man here, that as a man the Father is greater than him, they try and say that the Father meant he is greater than Jesus in rank and authority and not in essence.

However so what did Jesus mean in John 10 when Jesus said the Father is greater than ALL? Jesus placed himself in the category of ALL people, so therefore the Christian response will not work for John 10:29. It must be said though that the Christian response does not work for John chapter 14:28 neither, because the Christian argues from silence and is arguing something they have yet to prove. Christians cannot prove that Jesus has 2 natures, they can never get a single quote from the lips of Jesus saying I am man and Divine, that I have 2 natures and I gave one up and took on the man nature, this is non-existent, so therefore the response is from silence provided with no proof or a solid basis.

1-The fact is the Bible shows that the Father is greater than Jesus in essence, the Father is all-knowing and Jesus is not.

2-The Father gives Jesus everything from miracle to doctrine.

3-Jesus begs the Father to save him, obviously showing that life and death is controlled by the Father and NOT Jesus.

For all these arguments the Christian will say as man Jesus is not all-knowing, as man Jesus receives things from the Father, however so I will kindly ask the Christian bring this proof from the words of Jesus, they shall never be able to do it, this doctrine is an invention and not something to be found from Jesus.

So therefore in conclusion, John 10:30 proves nothing in support of the divinity of Jesus, it does not show equality, since Jesus made it clear that the Father is greater than him, so therefore Jesus is not equal with the Father.

  5. In Christian eschatology, the Rapture is a reference to "being caught up" referred to in 1 Thess 4:17, when, in the End Times, the Christians of the world will be gathered together in the air to meet Jesus Christ.[1] Rapture is used in at least two senses, in the sense of pre-tribulation views in which a group of people will be "left behind" and as a synonym for the Resurrection generally.[2][3][4][5]
There are many views among Christians regarding the timing of Christ's return (including whether it will occur in one event or two), and various views regarding the destination of the aerial gathering described in 1 Thessalonians 4.
    Etymology
"Rapture" is an English noun derived from the Latin verb rapiō, with a literal meaning of "I catch up" "or "I snatch" (from the infinitive form of the verb rapere, "to catch up"; "rapture" is also cognate to the English words "rapids", "raptor", "ravish", and "rape").
    [edit] Greek
The Koine Greek text of 1 Thessalonians 4:17 uses the verb form ἁρπαγησόμεθα (harpagēsometha), which means "we shall be caught up" or "taken away", with the connotation that this is a sudden event. The dictionary form of this Greek verb is harpazō (ἁρπάζω).[6]
    [edit] Latin
The Latin Vulgate translates the Greek ἁρπαγησόμεθα as rapiemur,[7] meaning "to catch up" or "take away".[8]

Christian Preacher Harassed and Bullied at 2011 Dearborn Arab Festival
Dearborn is caught in a spiral. A few years ago, peaceful Christian missionaries would quietly come to Dearborn to preach the Gospel. Then security started slapping Christians around, and police began throwing Christians in jail and trampling on the Constitution. This drew some of the more vocal, confrontational, anti-Sharia Christian groups to the city (e.g. Terry Jones, Ruben Israel, etc.). But instead of showing the world how peaceful and loving Muslims are, Dearborn reacted with further hostility, even towards peaceful Christian preachers. This, of course, will draw even more anti-Sharia groups to Dearborn in the future. Will the city continue to respond in anger? If so, I see no end to the spiral.
