A Resonse to UK Aplogetics (Robin A Brace)

Hi Robin, in your article entitles 'Are the 'Older' Bible Texts Necessarily Better?' you discussed Luke 23:34 and came to the following conclusion:

The first part of Luke 23:34 ('Jesus said, Father forgive them for they know not what they do'), has full authority and certainly should be included in all Bibles.

Sir, this seems to be a grossly irresponsible conclusion to arrive at based on the fact that 'a wide variety of earliest witnesses' do not contain this text. Certainly the Codex Sinaiticus does not contain such. For you to arrive at the conclusion that this saying has full authority is irresponsible.

I humbly ask you to look into the following link on this subject as well as do some further reading on such and revise your view:

Jesus taught people to do the Will of God (according to Mark 3:35) in order to become his brothers, mothers or sisters. A Muslim means one who submits to the Will of God. Do you want to become a brother of Jesus? If yes, become a Muslim. Now is the time.
