'They want to kill Nabeel Qureshi because he's an 'apostate''?

You read some weird stuff in YT comment sections:

Nabeel is an ex-muslim, how can he be an islamophobe? Because they want to kill him because he's an apostate, and he's afraid of that, makes him an islamophobe? Help me out here.

I will help you out here. The type of people who would take matters into their own hands and kill an apostate would not even consider Nabeel Qureshi an apostate from Islam as Nabeel was part of the Ahmadiyyah movement which Muslims around the globe do not consider to be Muslims.

The interesting thing here is, the comment above actually detracts attention from the misinformation Dr Nabeel Qureshi has been presenting. The comment was in response to the following video in which Nabeel Qureshi is presenting an old Christian apologetics argument which was shown to be absolutely false further exposing Nabeel Qureshi's ignorance and lack of regard for research and accuracy.

Invitation to Islam

Jesus taught people to do the Will of God (according to Mark 3:35) in order to become his brothers, mothers or sisters. A Muslim means one who submits to the Will of God. Do you want to become a brother of Jesus? If yes, become a Muslim.

  2. Babel can easily answer your allegations and claims. To bad he doesn't read this site. And to bad you would only delete his comments. It is a shame you won't debate the people you talk about either. Or let them defend themselves when you attack them.

  3. Christianity is at least the People of the Book, Ahmadiyyah is a non-Islamic sects. It's like if a mormon became a Jew in the view of a Christian. Im actually happy for Nabeel he's at least a Christian

  4. A Response to Nabeel Qureshi's Video "Nabeel Qureshi, Ahmadiyyat and Islam: Are Ahmadis Muslim?"By

    Bassam Zawadi

Given that Nabeel used to be an ex-Ahmadi, he is trying really hard to prove to everyone that Ahmadis are in fact considered Muslims. Why is that something so important to Nabeel? The answer is quite obvious. It is because Nabeel is now trying to build a name for himself amongst evangelical apologists/polemicists that he is some sort of expert on Islam (or on his way to be one) and telling people that he used to be an ex-Muslim gives him more credibility. So Nabeel is actually seeking to be labeled as an apostate from Islam, when he in reality isn't one. In the eyes of Muslims, Nabeel merely transferred from one type of kufr to another. As a matter of fact, it could even be argued that Nabeel actually made a gradual "improvement" in his shift to Christianity, since Christians are at least considered as "people of the book" and their status is above that of the rest of kuffar.

  9. christians say that god CREATED flesh for himself.

If God is perfect, then any addition to Himself is unnecessary. It can’t improve Him. Addition to Him could only diminish Him. Or, do you think God is perfect now, but He wasn’t to begin with? If that is the case, then we must believe that God was imperfect (a problem) and that an imperfect being was able to perfect Himself by creating something dependent upon His (imperfect) self. This is absurd.

  10. christians say that god BUILT something SEPARATE from himself.

If parts of God are dependent and subject to creation, they are also subject to destruction. At some point, God could divest Himself of those parts that He added to Himself. Is it not absurd to say that God can create and destroy Himself?

  11. james white said god JOINED a human nature to himself.

  13. What's wierd is a lot of Christians have a problem with abrogations of laws, but don't have a problem with a god who abbrogates himself. O my Christian brothers wake up, this is why mosques in this country are packed on Sundays while Churches are empty. Does it not bother you that Churches are turning into mosques? Does it not bother you to see the Muslims use your empty church parking lots on Sundays because the mosque parking lot is empty? Have you ever wondered why? Because it is far more fulfilling to worship the Creator thanthe Creation. God created Jeses peace be upon him to be a role model for us because we need a human to emulate.

  19. And here is what Williams further said about Zawadi:

    "

However, Sam Shamoun and David Wood have repeatedly argued that the Quran does not teach textual corruption of the Bible. They would appear to be right.

"Bassam Zawadi has written many articles defending the view that the Quran teaches textual corruption of the Bible. But to be fair Bassam HE IS NOT A SCHOLAR and has never claimed to be one. Professor Abdel Haleem is a leading expert on the Quran in Arabic." (http://bloggingtheology.org/2014/03/22/2369/#comment-5690)

If you were not told that Williams wrote the above comments you would think that they were made by a Christian since that is what I have been saying about Zawadi for all these years. And now even Williams agrees with me!

    Man I am loving this!

  22. WHY r christians living in denial?

even paul BELIEVED that what came out of yhwhs THOUGHTS/mind/knowledge was USELESS/redundant when yhwh "sacrificied" himself to save people from what came out of his brain/mind/knowledge/thoughts

why r they living in denial?
paul thinks the torah laws for both jew and gentile are USELESS.

william lane craig along with other christian apologists say that the story about the dead saints is False, he DENIES THE HISTORICITY Of the ressurection of the DEAD saints.

hector avalos has questions for campel, the guy who DEFENDS craig

    quote:
    1. Why specifically do you believe that the resurrections reported Matthew 27:52-53 are not historical, while the resurrection of Jesus is?
    2. If it is because the resurrections in Matthew 27:52-53 are only mentioned once, then do you also doubt other events or miracles recorded only once in the Bible?
    3. How do you define “simplicity” and “apocalyptic embellishment,” and how does that affect historicity for you?
    4. Do you think that all events reported in apocalyptic literature are not historical? If not, then how did you decide which ones are and which ones are not?
    5. Do you agree that the words SOMA and EGEIRO are indicative that Jesus’ resurrection is meant to be literal? If so, then why not say the same of the use of those words in Matthew 27:52-53?
    6. How did you falsify all the miracles attributed to Oral Roberts, Benny Hinn or myself?
    7. How do you define “supernatural” and how do you detect its existence?
    8. Why is it rational to use causes I’ve never seen do anything and reject causes that can have the effects I claim?
    9. Is the empty tomb a fact to you? If so, what specifically makes it a fact?

  23. isn't it funny that matthew wrote his story and assumed that it was true, but christian apologists took the seat from under the church fathers and sat on it and telling the christians what is FALSE and what isn't ?
