In the name of Allah (God),
I have decided to dedicate sincere and honest endeavour in helping to establish the Truth by helping to defend the good name of the last Prophet (pbuh) of Allah as well as refuting many other lies and misconceptions that are being disseminated by the insincere, wicked, deceptive, intellectually and morally bankrupted individuals as well as the ignorant individuals who all share a faulty characteristic; a blatant disregard for the Truth.
I ask Allah to purify my intentions and save me from doing any good action for self-aggrandizement, as all actions are judged by intentions. May Allah Love me, and bless this work. My message to any non-Muslim reading this is thus:
Please give Islam a chance, research it for yourself and allow Muslims and Muslim sources to be your primary resources you refer to when studying Islam rather than basing your views on agenda-motivated Islamophobic sources.
O Allah, You are Al-Wadud (The Loving)...please O Allah love me and bless all those Muslims and non-Muslims who read this.
Ameen
Farhan Qureshi points tothe issue of the Trinity not being a belief in the Old Testament. This is certainly a real stumbling block for the Trinitarian Church and thus must be given serious thought.
It is obvious the clip is from a debate; my intention was to promote the ideas of my friend (Qureshi)...sure, if people want to view the entire thing then they may do so.
I have noted many christians who are extremely selective in what they allow on their mediums...some of whom you know of
Also..do pass onthe article refuting the gay allegations levelled at Jesus to people who espouse those views...many thanks...we can see this as a common purpose.
I will be looking to conclude on John 1:19 soon...so do look out for that
Why is the forum so devoid of Muslim comment nowadays?
You were banned by David for behavioral reasons. That is altogether different than what is going on here.
None of your remarks on AM that you made prior to being banned were deleted. You were only prevented from making future comments because of a history of slander and pretending that people were subject to your self-imposed strictures.
I have not violated any of your behvioral standards for commenting on this site. You simply deleted my comments because they provided people with an opportunity to watch the whole debate.
Even if you won't take the differences into account, how does appealing to what David has done, which you think was unjustified, provide a justifiable basis for you to censor me?
In any event, stay posted. I will do you one better than simply respond to this post.
"Careful censorship of links and blasphemy is the order of the day when it comes to this site"
You mean to say a between a Muslim and a Christian is considered blasmphemis when the Christian exposes the lies and deluded and illogic arguments of a weak Muslim apologist...
I thought you were better than that Yahya, but i guess with this mindset and failure to see truth and flasehood when it stares you in the face really does lead to these actions of "last resource defence by silencing the enemy"
"Careful censorship of links and blasphemy is the order of the day when it comes to this site"
Yahya, by that logic, there could be absolutely no dialogue between Muslims and Christians of any sort on this blog, as the basic affirmation of Christian faith is seen as blasphemy to Muslims, while the basic Muslim affirmation of faith is seen as blasphemy to Christians.
I can only conclude that you simply don't want your readers to see all the information nor all sides of the debate. This just reaffirms what I have seen of Muslims wanting a MONOlogue, not a dialogue.
Sad really. I wonder if you will accept the debate challenge?
Fine point about it becoming a monologue...I, too, have been wrestling with these points but my first loyalty is in not show-casing blasphemy
Now, I certainly do want a dialogue...this after all is a ministry to non-Muslims (mainly Christians)
As of yet I have not come up with a better method for achieving this dual purpose other than careful censorship....BUT allowing commenters to continue posting even if they are engaging in blasphemous behaviour...I have not banned anybody...I have no intention of doing so on here
Similar policies apply to my YouTube channel, which I encourage all to peruse and benefit from

No Paratus:)
My brother...I was referring to Wood's blog:)
Now that was cowardly. I am surprised to discover that you removed my posts. I didn't expect that from you.
Semper
Going by your logic...that would make Wood a coward too...he refuses to approve my comments and video responses
Are you willing to call him a coward?
I thought not...
In any case...I only removed your comments which contained links
If somebody wishes to view the whole debate then they may do so (see MuslimByChoice on YouTube)
I doubt you will respond to this comment
Happy New Year

I know you have not violated any standards on this site...indeed this site does not ban people
Careful censorship of links and blasphemy is the order of the day when it comes to this site
Wood can believe what he wishes...I will believe what makes academic and rational sense to me
There is no need to blow this out of proportion...Semper...
Think about it....does it really warrant a lengthy response...surely not
Peace
